On a cold dry morning Alan Pilling led a local walk starting from Norden near Rochdale, visiting Shawfield, Catley Lane Head, Rooley Moor Road then passing Naden Higher Resevoir before climbing above Greenbooth Reservoir and on to Red Lumb for a lunch stop.  After the lunch break the walk continued on The Rochdale Way through Wolstenholme Fold before returning back to Norden. After the walk some of the group went to The Horse and Farrier for drinks.
