 Ed Husband led a 12 mile walk from Langsett Reservoir Car Park, initially going cross-country to Penistone where a gala parade was taking place. And then there was a long stretch along the former Yorkshire-Lancashire railway line,  before returning on paths through the woods to the start. The route along the former railway line is now part of The Trans Pennine Trail and features several sculptures and pieces of art along the route.
